These Terms of Use of the ComArr Freight Exchange are general conditions in the sense of § 1751 Act No. 89/2012 Coll. Civil Code (CZ). You will find all the necessary information here compliance with the contract and clarification of contractual terms. These Terms of Use apply to everyone users of the ComArr forwarding database and are valid from February 1, 2024.

The main objective of the Rules is to promote credibility information stored in the Databank and thus theirs usefulness for individual users of the ComArr forwarding database.
